Microwave Egg Cooker

 

Scrambled Omelet: Lightly mix one egg, veggies of your choice 

and cheese. Cover. Microwave on High for 45-60 seconds.

 

Poached Egg: Put 1 tbsp. of vinegar in egg cooker, add water and gently place the egg. Poke the yolk and cover. Microwave on High 80-90 seconds. Let sit 30 seconds.

 

Egg Sandwich: Place egg in bottom of cooker. Add layer of meat, a thin layer of cheese. Microwave on High 1 minute. In the meantime, toast an English muffin in your toaster. Sandwich the cooked egg/meat/cheese layers.

 

Apple Bake: Place apple slices in cooker w/1-3 tbsps. of water. Cover. Microwave on High 2-3 min. Add sugar, cinnamon and butter to toast. Microwave additional 30-60 seconds. Ice cream?

 

WARNING: Use caution when removing cooker from microwave. Cooker may get HOT. Remove carefully using potholders. Allow pots that have been in the refrigerator to come to room temperature before heating in microwave.

 

Dishwasher and microwave safe. No lead glazes are used.
